OK not done any instructions or anything yet but here's the post a blog page. crazy-chums.com/blog-post/ Now you can do this via the dashboard, post a blog and I'd assume you'd have all the plugins there I use but get the feeling people might think it a little to daunting at first.. This might even be lol P.S. You gotta be logged in, you might not even see it otherwise. I'm gonna obviously jazz it up a little... Probably |

Decided to start on the page proper now, as people do not possess the power to write.. You know just to let me know it works, which would have been quite nice I have come to terms with the fact Jim will always win the day and everyone will stay on NLL with it's many many features with it's owner that has practically said... Yes I don't give a shit about you and all I want and care about is making money out of you, yes you the poorest most vulnerable people in our society.. Good to know  |

OK, we now have a link back to this forum from the site only and I'll get rid of that sub domain.. I have already semi tried the post page, the icons don't seem to work as far as I can tell but everything else pretty much does by the seems of things. So we got user submitted posts and it's easier than using the dashboard, so now I'm thinking being able to post galleries too similarly.. Just like the video and gallery page there use to be on NLL, the important words there being... "Use to be"   |

Blogs Forum Games User Galleries Facebook/Twitter/Google+ etc integration Gamification (rewards for posting etc) Video/Picture/File sharing a free back scrub by a maid wearing a skimpy very sexy outfit or a hunky butler wearing a tux for the ladies a robot to clean your house and make you a cuppa and much much more besides, you'll still prefer to use NLL?.. |

What a bleeding waste of my time this all is innit? tis though innit?. I really did this because
1. I give a shit about people and us unlike the other guy, who doesn't know us from Adam because he's not one of us.. Yes he's got a mental illness but he's never been one of us
2. Because I needed to do something as I've not been to good
3. Because again I genuinely passionately care about people and having seen what Jim has done, I thought that borderline disgusting and I wanted to do something about it. And yet still I see people handing that guy money. Someone who's never involved never been anyone's friend, only turns up when his pocket could be incurring losses.. Everybody knows it
4. I'm not saying lets move over night and my site is far from perfect either, I've not got the money to make it that way but hell I'm giving it my best shot. Not doing bad on a shoe-string budget and my idea on how to eventually make it better through financial transparency, is it a good one?.
6. I dunno, maybe I have bitten off more than I can chew but gave it my best shot.. Am giving it my best shot

Actually been somewhat of a lonely experience in a way, given the time spent doing it. Knowing it's probably never gonna pay off and I'll have to forever endure that thought of Jim sitting around laughing at us having lined his pockets at our expense. Having made it so he don't have to lift a sodding finger or even wiggle one slightly.. It's a hideous thought that's for sure lol

Just give it time vector. I was on the site earlier this morning and it's good  Just a couple of things that I'd like to mention if I may: 1. Personally I thought that it might be a bit much for members to have to do the reCAPTCHA thing, but you know more about computers than me so maybe it's necessary. 2. I couldn't find where to make my profile un-hidden. Otherwise it's great though. As I said I think you need to give it time and not expect instant results. |

Update: I just had a quick look ar Crazy Chums and it seems that my profile isn't hidden anymore. Not sure why as I didn't change anything. I'll have a look in a jiffy, that is the one thing so far I'm disappointed with on there.. Buddypress ain't the greatest unless you pay for the addons which spice it up slightly but even then I'd say it's a little clunky. The Activity Stream is though better than I initially thought but could do with being slightly snappier. Could fix that slightly quite possibly but I've been reluctant to do so given 1&1 don't take kindly to certain alterations. The customisation options for your profile are also a bit rubbish and it looks a bit amateurish to be honest. Plus WordPress and it's text editing quirks are a bit annoying and I've still been unable to truly fix that. See there are issues I'm fully aware of it, the nucleus for "greatness" is there lol but sometimes the tools you are given aren't quite what yer want maybe.. Still I'd say it's minor issues really in the great scheme of things |
