Agents Of Mayhem Saints Row 5 meets Crackdown in all but name, minus the fun or variety. Sandbox is on the small side with little to see or do. Go here, go there, shoot stuff. Very little to break up the monotony. 5/10 Looks nice even if it don't play nice lol.. Some people say I don't play nice too  |

Nex Machina Top down, Twin Stick arcade shooter, part Defender (save humans), part Smash TV (kill everything else that moves), Relatively decent bite sized action. 7/10 Maybe I should have replied in one message but to late now.. There's no turning back lol Now this is what I'm talking about, stick shooting. And who don't like a spot of that from time to time to liven up these oh so long days and nights.. No it sounds right up my street |

I'm terrible remembering things.. Was trying to recall a game I played religiously for a while, a shooter. Oh yeah, just looked on Steam 'Savant Ascent' brilliant game
Never did complete it 100% though as I wasn't good enough.

Evil Within 2  Wasn't a massive fan of the first game so my hopes were kept in check for the sequel. But it's suitably twisted and full of weird characters. Exploring the town, and talking to it's creepy inhabitants kept me engaged. Silent Hill comparisons aren't too far off the mark. 9/10 Has it been in decline would you say, the survival horror genre? outside of Outlast what is there out there.. Well not heard much in the way of titles to get excited over |

Blackwood Crossing Saw it mentioned on a few GOTY lists and figured what the hey. Game is incredibly short which was a blessing in disguise. Thought I had food poisoning yesterday I felt that ill after playing it, but no just a bout of motion sickness. Didn't even occur to me it might be down to the game, till I booted it back up later and started feeling giddy again. Anyway probably takes little more than an hour to beat, with only a few locations to visit (a train, tiny island, and an attic) and a handful of puzzles dotted along the way. Was disappointed in that there was no real payoff to the story. There were clearly allusions to bullying and death, but zero context at the end. Your mileage may vary 5/10

In saying that I've found some games considered the best ever a bit puke inducing including Half Life 2. Yeah it's not ultra bad but you play that for any length of time and it does have an effect if you suffer with motion sickness. Think it's to do with texture quality in HL2's case as they're a bit ropy in places

Always used to feel a tad tummy upset after a long car journey. Ferry swaying about in the sea same effect. |

Oh yeah it was the boat bits weren't it that were the killer and the cars to an extent.. On foot not so bad but still had those texturing issues which can cause you to feel a bit unwell lol
I have been trying to complete GTA IV, love the game but GTA's insistence on not being able to save anywhere is a nuisance to say the very least. I might have sworn on several occasions lol

I finally managed to get past level 24 on Puzzle Bobble. Level 25 has a very nice background, quite different to the style of background on the previous 24 levels.

It's classic innit, use to play it nearly religiously back in the day.. You know the puzzle game I always loved which barely ever gets a mention is Super Puzzle Fighter II - Turbo. Use to play that with me mate for hours, great game. Very under appreciated

South Park: Fractured But Whole Following on from the Stick Of Truth. Trademark humour remains intact, battle system is a tad deeper than the first game, though many of the original's locations are reused so there is an air of familiarity. 8/10

I've never been a massive fan of South Park you know, I did however like some of the choons as my brother had the CD and it was pretty funny in places.. No it's OK, was told that Family Guy was the bees knees. Have to watch some day, only seen one episode

Just started on Ryse Son of Rome and I'll give it a while first before giving my final verdict. Needless to say I reckon I'm already clued up on what the criticisms of the game would be. Looks lovely mind, though I canni have all the settings on high not the oversampling or whatever it's called without it turning into a slideshow lol
