I have it, how many of us here do? I don't actually know. Well maybe I know one who does but I'm to frightened to say lol Anyway it's not so bad, means you get to avoid the craziness out there. Not sure if that's me asking for help and support or not but there you go.

My bout has lasted 20 years now, give or take. I'd love to do things even one day possibly go abroad. Did have a season ticket for Bournemouth couple years back which was quite a shocker I suppose.

I have agoraphobia too but it's not too bad really these days. It used to be extremely bad many years ago.

Yeah mine is pretty bad if going out on my own, the fear of having a panic attack when on your lonesome heightens it. Going out with others is a lot easier, I'm just incredibly shy though and can barely communicate with people. I turn into a dumbo who's mute pretty much, the ability to think coherently just totally evaporates.
I dunno why that makes me laugh...

Wow shopping, my parents pretty much do all that but I don't think I'm gonna be very good at it if I end up on my lonesome at some point (which I will).. We deffo all need a friend or partner to help I'd say or even a carer. Was that the friend who's looking after your dog by any chance Tiger?.. Glad some of us have someone we can rely on, for me at the mo it's the parents which I know can't last forever as people keep telling me lol

How do you know you'll be friends for life with a fine lady? she knows the offside rule. Take it that's who your going to the footie with? at this minute you'd have to go for a Hammers win. Newcastle!? think there might be some unrest there, something is amiss. Rafa ain't a happy chappy it would seem, which might be reflected in the performances so far
